
On 23 January 2013, Samsung has launched the latest Galaxy device, Samsung Galaxy Note White for the UK market. The device will joins Samsung Galaxy range, following the launch of black Samsung Galaxy Note back in November.
Simon Stanford, Managing Director, UK & IRE Telecommunications & Networks Division said: “At Samsung we always want to offer our customers choice and are delighted to bring the Galaxy Note in white to the UK. The Galaxy Note is an innovative addition to the Samsung Galaxy family and a new category of device that consumers can’t get anywhere else.”
Being in its own category, Samsung Galaxy Note is neither tablet nor smartphone. It is small enough to be hold in hand or put in the pocket, and just large enough to watch movie, or playing game without neglecting user satisfaction. The idea is, Samsung galaxy note combines combines the benefits of a tablet with the portability of a smartphone – so there’s no longer any need for customers to carry or switch between multiple devices when they’re out and about.
Running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, Samsung Galaxy Note equipped with several special features such as 5.3 HD Super AMOLED display, Stylus Pen, Full Touch Screen, and 8MP camera with LED flash.
The Samsung Galaxy Note White will initially be available exclusively from John Lewis with £250 of free music, films and e-Books for the first 100 customers. Additional channels will be launching during February 2012.
